This place is beautiful, every detail is very well thought out to create a unique experience. They have a variety of exquisite desserts and there is also food. They are those places where you see in every corner, there is a very well thought out detail. I ordered dessert and it was delicious, of course it is a place to enjoy if you go to East Hampton. (they were having a private party outside)

Tutto cafe is one of our favorite spots in East Hampton! Whether it’s for a quick coffee and some cookies or pastries if we’re on the go, or for a mid afternoon cocktail and a light lunch, we always make it a point to stop by when in the area. Their cocktails are some of the best in the area. Their Paloma is my favorite, absolutely refreshing and well balanced. Their pinsa, or Roman style pizza, is always good. We especially loved their autumn one they had last fall.. Hope to see it back. Their quinoa salad is absolutely delicious! Packed with great ingredients, it’s hearty yet refreshing and light. Service always friendly and quick.

I went here this weekend. The food is ok, a little overpriced. Atmosphere pretty nice, but kinda dirty. I think they are having trouble keeping up with the traffic because tables weren’t being cleared and there was definitely food lingering on the floor that wasn’t being cleaned up. I do understand a little bit because it was busy. But, a nice place like this should try a little harder. But, the worst part is the staff was rude and obnoxious. At one point, I simply asked for a refill of my drink from a guy with a European accent and he got all pissed and said that he wasn’t my server. I knew this of course, but my server was nowhere to be found. I think he could have found my server and tried to help. But, all he could do was give me attitude and walk off. Funny thing is I got the feeling he might be the manager. Not sure. But, anyway …… thumbs down.

Tutto Caffé is a fantastic pub that I absolutely loved from the moment I stepped inside! The coffee is simply amazing, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly, making you feel welcome and at home from the get-go. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. This was my first time here, and I honestly wish I had a place like this closer to home. The dessert was incredible too – a perfect way to end the experience. I will definitely be back whenever I get the chance!

Quinoa salad w/tuna fabulous, but outside service left something to be desired when I popped in for lunch. Host was unwelcoming to a female dining alone, the waiter did not even speak and salad was placed in front of me also without a word!
This may be the worst run place in the Hamptons. Not enough staff and the vibe is just off. I heard they decided to fire their entire waitstaff after the waitstaff complained because they were never given their required breaks.
Update: Also just learned that the latest five star reviews on Google are from the manager’s friends in Italy. Pretty shady!
Update #2: Even after I pointed out that a lot of their recent 5 star reviews are from their manager’s friends most of their more recent 5 star reviews are still from people from Italy and other places outside the US.

Absolutely terrible service - almost comical. We couldn't get seated, they forgot one of our food items, never checked on our table, asked us "what's the problem" when we tried explaining that we never got our food, finally brought the pizza last minute and added to the bill after showing us it was NOT on there, and THEN talked bad about us as we were walking away. Do not go here. It is over priced and the service is unbelievably terrible. I'm laughing. Please do not go here lol

I decided to try this place after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but my experience was very disappointing. Two staff members managing the outside area were unhelpful and initially refused to seat us, saying they weren't sure how long the wait would be and that we might not get a table at all. Fortunately, the manager intervened and had a table cleaned for us.
However, the service we received was unacceptable. Kseniya (Ksusha), the server, did not offer us any water, which is a basic expectation for restaurants as a precaution against choking and to ensure guest comfort. She served water to all other tables immediately upon seating, but not to us. She only came by to take our orders and collect payment, without any attempt to provide or ask if we wanted water.
The unprofessional behavior of Kseniya and her colleague made us feel unwelcome, and it was clear they were not interested in offering good service. Because of this negative experience, I will not be returning to this establishment.
