Friday evening I went to Boston Market, looking forward to what I remembered as their delicious chicken.
I ordered their three-piece dark meal with two sides. The sides were delicious, mashed potatoes were perfect and the creamed spinach is some of the best. But the chicken was disgraceful. They were three of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen, including a drumstick that was about the size of my thumb. It was overcooked to the point of being dry. Just picked up a family meal here and a sandwich. I haven't ate Boston Market in years...like 20 years. The food was good but the staff was extremely nice. The ladies there gets 10 stars for great customer service.
I have been going here for over 20 years with my family and alone, and I must say they had a down year in 2019 at this location but they have improved their service and food quality for 2020. Good job East Islip Boston Market!!!!
