Being that this was my first time going I have nothing good to say. My husband my daughter and I walked in, placed my name on the list we were told there was a 30 min wait. We were standing inside waiting as everyone else, when the host came up to my family asked if we were on the list. I repeated my name and she asked for us to go outside to wait. Being that there were multiple families inside waiting I think it’s unbelievably rude. We were the only Hispanic family in there. We waited for 15 min for us to be told that we couldn’t be inside because it was too crowded, but people that were there before us weren’t asked to wait outside. How does this business choose who needs to wait outside in the cold? This was a horrible and negative experience, it was extremely upsetting. Then I got a call saying that it was because of fire code violations… yet I was parked outside and we were the only ones that were asked to go outside, no one else stepped out.

Ordered tonight for the family. My sandwich had the wrong sauce on it (online order calling for a different sauce) and the bacon was almost raw. Chicken tenders were very greasy and the cornbread was a big step down from previous visits.
The new owners really need to pay attention to the quality of the food going out and get a handle on it quick.
38 bucks on some chicken with 2 drinks chicken was stale, and dry hard try no taste very disappointed 1 st time here bad impresión, corn ,and máshpotato basically only the sides where good 4:30 pm seem like a good place but needs some improvement.

The food was undercooked and made me deathly ill. I was on life support for 2 weeks due to undercooked chicken. The owner is also racist. Every staff member there is so rude besides the shorter blonde kid with a backwards hat. He made my experience there enjoyable. There will be legal consequences!
The food is undercooked and made me very sick after eating. The undercooked chicken made me miss work for 2 days. The owner is rude and can barely speak English. I’ve been back a couple times in the last few weeks and the service hasn’t been the same since a short blonde kid wearing a hat was there. He made the environment of the store a lot better. The new cashier can’t understand English.

the mac and cheese was worse than kfc or hospital food
the mashed potatoes were very bland, chunky, and the gravy was tasteless.

Last 3 orders have been wrong, have even made reference to the bad orders when placing the new one....don't know what happened to this place over the last month.
Update - reading other reviews looks like it sold, I don't think this place will be around much longer.

AMAZING FOOD!! Best quality chicken, you can really taste the freshness in everything. Very kind staff and I was greeted from the moment I walked in. The owner was very nice I and had a lovely time talking to him while I was waiting for my food to come out. Delicious fries and l lovedd the corn muffin. Overall my meal and experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back again with my family!

Was unsure that the buisness was sold. Once we got our food we noticed all the little things that changed to include not being greeted when coming in, not having been checked on while eating, and just above and beyond customer service and food quality.
Everything is cheaper. The Napkins, their former amazing French fries are now change to a generic diner style, the sandwiches were bigger, but not better, even the cheese looks cheaper. My poor cornbread was dry too. Not to mention, the thermostat said 84 degrees when we ate inside. Guess the new owners don't like air conditioning.
The food wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what it was under the previous owner or what we expected. We didnt end up finishing our sandwhiches or fries. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, the new owner ruined the food, sizes and flavor. I been going here for the past 4 years and today the food was very sad to even look at. oily food no taste and charging the same price for smaller portions. The owner did not care when i mention the differences on the size but charging the same price.
Truly a big disappointment. going to miss the original owner and his wife they where the best.
