This is my husband and my spot by default. Staff is always friendly. What takes away from my perfect experience is the stale cones. After enjoying the ice cream part the cone leaves me saying I’m not coming back. I come back with the hopes I’d get a fresh one. They must find a way to keep the cones fresh.

We just celebrated my son’s 4th birthday today and he’s obsessed with fish. I ordered a Fudgey The Whale cake and they asked what color I’d like the writing and I said “could you make it orange? That’s his favorite color. And can you maybe do a little fish on it? He’s obsessed with a certain orange fish.” ? The woman I spoke to said they could do that, and then she said, do you want me to make the entire cake an orange fish? I didn’t even realize they could do...

If you are a store employee and reading this review, Please put up a sign for online pick ups(doordash/uber eats). Every other store has it. Everytime I go there I don’t know where to stand. None of the employees shows any attempts to communicate either. It feels incredibly rude.
