Used to be cool to hang out at dunkin' donuts at the counter and have some coffee it's too fast pace these days to enjoy stuff like that but the food selection is pretty good.
Definitely can do keto with the eggs and the bacon.
Coffee tastes kind of smooth doesn't have a real kick like some other places.

This store has to have the WORST customer service and can almost never get a single order right. Shouldn’t have to wait a half hour for a mobile order!

I walked in to Order coffee and the employee (a young girl) said “I’ll be with you in one second.” Me and 2 others stood at the counter for over 5 min while she made to go orders. Another employee (older man) walked over to refill the donuts and told the girl that she has customers waiting in which she replied “I know I told them to wait a second.” She then proceeded to walk over and grab another ticket to do another to go order while we still stood there. After finally giving up, we turned around to walk out and I asked the employee if we want our order made do we have to order online and she said “ yeah if you want.”This location is extremely rude and unprofessional and I recommend you use any other location. Crazy to lose 3 customers standing right in front of you because no one can stop what they’re doing to take our order.

I went there for my breakfast. I ordered four Hash browns, a bagel, egg and cheese, no meat, and a large iced coffee. All Rude attitudes like do I care? No refund offer, no apology or remake sandwich, nothing. Then I asked for her boss's or manager's number, but she refused. It's a complete waste of money and food. It ruined my day and money. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN.

This is location need management attention. Two guys working here and they didn’t serve at 8:30 because they are closing at 9pm . And they have very rude attitude. I’m sure owner or franchisee don’t care as well they never visit this location. But Dunkin’ Donuts should be looking in to this location for their name. I don’t recommend this location.Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered a nutty pumpkin cold brew.. wasn't impressed at all. Took me all afternoon to get through it. Sounds better than it was. Staff weren't very friendly at all. They looked like being there was a painful experience.

Terrible service. The workers do not acknowledge you and fill online orders first. Always short staffed. They don't really care and get your order wrong anyway... They need better management.
Workers would rather sit on their phone in front of you and sip their coffee instead of taking care of the two customers in the store. When we finally get taken care of the worker had his shirt half off with his under shirt showing, had no idea how to find the ice cream flavors we wanted and then over flowed the cups with it melting all over. I have news for this place a Manger should be on duty when new workers start and probably train their workers including customer service.

I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants, but the workers at this location were incredibly rude. We ordered on the mobile app, and when we arrived at the location, the staff told us that they didn't receive the order. So we went on our app and learned that my husband's order was weirdly cancelled, and so we told them we would just get in line and order. At that point, one worker started talking badly about my husband to her coworkers in Spanish, saying that we were being difficult and causing problems (assuming that he wouldn't understand her Spanish, but he does speak Spanish and understood every word.) Then they gave us an attitude when we tried to order, and our food was cold.
