The best stuff, coffee and cakes. My favourite is cheesecake baklava. 💜💜💜💜🌺🌺🌺
Not only is the food and drink absolutely delicious, but the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming—truly some of the sweetest people you’ll meet. Easily a 10/10 experience. Also, I had the best strawberry mango smoothie of my entire life here—unforgettable!

This is actually now My Town's Cafe. New owners took over it in October. We actually met the owners this morning. They're a husband & wife duo. The place is so cute and inviting. The owners were very kind and welcoming. They asked us if it was our first time visiting, and we said it was. They told us about their specials, and summer smoothies that were available. They were happy to answer any questions that we have and were happy to help. The wife took our order while the husband made our drinks. It's rare to see the owners actually running their shop! It looks like such a nice place to study or hang out. My favorite part was seeing the strong connection they had with the community. The designs in their paper sleeves were designed by local middle school and high school students of East Islip! And they have many community events. There's a printer the public can use, local artwork for sale, and a nice sitting area to hang out, and desks to eat or work on. I got the strawberry/raspberry matcha with oat milk which was listed as one of the barista's favorite's and my friend got an iced latte with the baklava cheesecake. All the drinks and desserts were so good. I also saw they had a vegan spinach pie and a huge turkey and cheese stuffed croissant that I wanted to try for next time. They also have board games available Tobolay with as well!

Stumbled upon this beautiful cafe while running errands. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Being my first time at Milano Bean I was unsure of what to order! The friendly barista provided some excellent recommendations and was off to enjoy a tasty latte! Being a coffee addict I often frequent various cafe’s and shops. Pricing at milano was extremely reasonable, as the same latte at other cafes is nearly $2 more! Highly recommend!!!

The best part about this place is the atmosphere. It's beautifully designed. The food/beverages are pretty good. Though I'd like to see the names of each item, which they do not do.
Parking: Definitely difficult to find parking. I recommend parking at the chicken place and walking the 2 minute walk

Great coffee, great service, and great place to study or socialize. Jozet is very kind, welcoming, and cares about how she makes your coffee. Here, you are not only another customer, but a person, and she does a good job making you feel as such.

Very cute place and our barista was very nice, however it was probably one of the worst lattes I’ve ever had. I had to dump it out unfortunately. The donuts were also very dry. It was our first time there and I don’t think I’d come back.

Went to east Islip location bought a vanilla ice coffee and ham and cheese croissant. The coffee was not good at all, tasted like water and no vanilla. The slightest coffee taste was burnt. The croissant was good just wished it was heated up. The cherry on top was the rude customer service. The girl did not have a good attitude at all with my friend and I, but to others yes. Not a good tone of voice and didn’t seem like she wanted to service us. First and last time going.
