We clearly asked for light ice!!! Looked pale as hell

The woman who took our order was very rude and short tempered. As soon as we pulled up to the window she had already had an attitude and was unnecessarily rude. We didn’t even get a chance to speak yet. She claimed that we had ordered our drinks only a minute before pulling up to the drive thru and continued to inform us that we should give them 5-10 more minutes to prepare our order. I would have had no problem with waiting for our order if it wasn’t ready but being rude and making a customer uncomfortable is not the correct way to handle things. Then when pulling up to the window she handed me the drinks without saying a word and slammed the window closed. We have had no bad experiences in the past with this location, and hopefully we won’t have anymore. Highly unappreciated and unprofessional.

Great location with an AMAZING staff! Walk in and always greeted with a smile and warm welcome to Starbucks! Sara the store manager has a great staff like GiGi, Michelle, Ashes, Ashley, Nick, Pete, Grey, Jen, Jess, Nina, Natasha and many more! It is nice to have a place where you come in get the warm welcome and always get that fresh cup of joe!

I visit Starbucks almost every day, but the service I received from Frank today was on another level! I decided to try something new—a Grande Iced Crème Brûlée Latte—but there was a mix-up and it originally came out hot. Without a second of hesitation, Frank fixed it for me and remade the drink perfectly. I also added a croissant to my order and told him he didn’t need to warm it up, but he went the extra mile and did it anyway. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind. Because of Frank, this is now my go-to location. Five stars for Frank!

Horrible experience. Purchased a flat white coffee then was told that there was no brown sugar and the Manager, who claimed her name was “Samantha” said it’s no big deal. Just wait a few days and we will get you your brown sugar. Asked for a refund and was denied a refund by the other manager called “Nick”. Also, no napkins available for their customers. This place is a joke! Won’t be coming back here again.

The Starbucks in East Islip is an amazing place. With a super friendly staff. I am welcomed every morning by first name and they know my order before I get to the register. I visit here daily and it is an amazing way to start by busy day. I highly recommend this spot and give great credit to the superior service and staff.

I’ve been visiting this location consistently for the past two years. The atmosphere and service are always warm and inviting—so much so that I’ve written two books here. It seems others feel the same, as I often see familiar faces among the regular customers. That says a lot about the environment.

I have always received great customer service at this location put today on 3/7/25 not so much I tried ordering a grande decaf iced white mocha without expresso due to the fact I’m Pregnant & can’t contain a lot of caffeine or drink regular coffee at the moment the lady that took my order was rude & said so without the expresso you’ll just be getting a basic chocolate milk and we don’t have decaf coffee which IS FALSE/ A lie cause the Starbucks near my job has decaf coffee & had to order something else instead of lying to your customers or being lazy why can’t you give the drink a customer specifically ordered 🙄😒😤always feel rushed & prices are to expensive recommend going to a different location !

I asked for matcha with oat milk and I received whole milk. I drank it and immediately realized and I checked the label and it didn’t even say which milk was added . I’m not fully allergic to lactose but if this happened to someone who is severely allergic to lactose it could be bad.
