Tables were dirty with obvious buildup, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Staff seemed unorganized and unsure of what they were doing. Even at 12pm, the toppings already looked old and unappealing.

Ordered from here and after 1hr and 4 drivers later they finally cancel it, complete waste of my break and got no food
Came here again and another bad experience, guy put barely any cucumber or banana peppers, smothered it in mustard and put oil on it after I said red vinegar and told him no when he picked up the oil but he still put it on anyways despite my protests. Just skip this place.

I ordered an Uber eats order, and there was no cheese on either of my items. I called to ask them if they were out of it and I was told I personally made the order and basically she was calling me a liar, awful customer service will never be back. also looks like slop.

I'd order the #6 Boss 12 inch sub from them through ubereats and would recieve the number #6 Boss 6 inch instead. This happened at least 6 times in one month, at least. I'm guessing someone there keeps getting confused with the "#6" for a 6 inch when the order comes in. It's my fault it happened multiple times to me, I never informed them of their mistakes. It's best I drive to the place and have them make the order for me in person. Other than that the sandwiches taste great 👍

I have been a regular customer for a long time and the crew that currently is here is very accommodating, provides consistency, always greets with a smile and makes me coming back as a regular customer. Tonight, Anmon is working and he deserves some recognition for providing acceptional customer service while being the only one working.

Arrived at 735pm and they close at 8pm, before I even walked in they rudely denied us service and said it was because they where closed. The worker said “nah we’re closed”, I then said “but it’s 735” and then the worker said again “nah but we’re closed now”.

Absolutely horrible service, I didn’t even get my food I had to walk out. The lady serving me was more interested with speaking on the phone than actually helping me. She put her gloves on, held the phone in her hand with the gloves on, and then walks off. The second server proceeded to help the next customer and just left me standing there. I’ve never had such horrible service at subway. This is my first and last time ever coming to this location. The rest are amazing I have no issues.
