Today I was serviced by a great young man. Hevhadca great attitude and excellent work ethic. He's a multi Tasker and held down the store. There was a great number of ppl but he gave each client the time and attention they deserved. It appeared that he was the only employee available, but he handled each one with care. He took care of orders that came in and individuals in store with great care! I forgot his name but I was definitely impressed. My receipt says Xavier. Bare naked you have an amazing employee in Xavier....thank you for a great experience! I will return because of xavier....

Bare Naked Bowl at Hempstead Turnpike. Manager Nikki and staff member named Adriana. The worst people to deal with. I am a regular customer and goes 2-3 times a week. I asked for 3 16oz acai bowl -no granola Only chia seeds blue berries n nutella. She put very small amount of nutella and i told her can u pls put a decent amount of nitella. She said i will be charged extra. I said leave it. She handed me a receipt and to my surprise i was charged $3 for granola which wasnt in the bowl. There was no extra base or granola n they charged me $3 I refused to take the food n told them to return my money. Worst manager n staff ever i have encountered ever. Will never go back to this store n location. Attached is the receipt of the proof. Horrible experience!

Poor and unfriendly customer service!!! Staff lacks professionalism and is full of attitude and nasty!!! For two months straight and practically night, I spent close $200 for a very high profile and award winning recording artist, and I still was treated with nasty attitudes from the girls that worked there. However, there is one employee who is exceptional and his name is Xavier! If you get him, he will treat you like a customer, you will be pleased with your food/order and service.
Called 3x in 30 mins to place an order bc I wanted to add protein and pay for the upchargeNobody answers and an employee told me the phone isn't even on their side... mind blowingOrdered and paid online- arrived and waited 20 additional mins while the employees made 6 other people's orders that came in after me. Didn't add the protein and were rude. The smoothies are good but the owner clearly doesn't care and either does the staff. Sad for this establishment

I can't believe I have not reviewed this place until now. During the summertime I come here at least twice week! This place has the best DIY açaí bowls! My favorite base is the blue bnb (a tropical coconutty flavor), chia pudding and açaí. You can choose your flavor of granola and then all the toppings you want. Top it off with a nut butter/chocolate/honey drizzle and you are about to feast on something delicious. Keep in mind the bases here are a tad sweeter than SoBol but they don't charge you extra for the toppings (unless you're getting something like Gluten-free Granola, which they do have!) Pro-tip: sign up for the rewards program by giving your phone #. They also sometimes are on Groupon to maximize the savings!
