This is the only Mexican chain restaurant that I will go to. The other one's portions are disrespectfully small.

“The food and specialty drinks are always great and have never let me down. There was this one sauce I can't remember the name but my friend and didn't know what to think of it. The taste was so confusing we didn't know if we liked it or not, but we kept eating it. The service this particular time we went was kind of slow that we actually decided to go in the restaurant to see what was taking so long. But the food is always great and affordable. I love the kind of truck stop vibe it has with a good radio selection. The perfect place to grab food when you're hungry.“

“My husband placed an order which contained a special 2 for $6 menu item and other items. He asked for the senior discount and it was denied. Manager stated Arby policy is no discount on specials. My husband felt the rest of his order should have been discounted. Manager refused again stating policy although it is not displayed anywhere in the restaurant. He took the bag of food from my husband, refunded his money and refused to serve him and told him to get out. Great customer service? Never go there again.“

“I've had half way decent experiences at a couple Jersey Mike's in the past. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get some, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesteak for the first time and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, so good! A couple weeks later I went to a different jersey Mike's local to me, craving the buffalo chicken and it was not great maybe a 3/5. It had none of the flavor I remember enjoying so much and overall it just missed the mark of what the East Meadow chain delivered. My friend who frequents the East Meadow one says they're always consistent and tasty, so I have to imagine my amazing sandwich there wasn't a fluke. If you're deciding which location to visit, this is the one.“
