Service was very good.Johnny, our waiter, took good care of us . We both ordered the petite filet and they were cooked to perfection. No fat and just slightly pink on the inside. Very tender. No need to add any salt or pepper as it is well seasoned. Had 2 sides. Brussel sprouts with bacon and mashed sweet potatoes. The potatoes were great but the brussels sprouts could have been little less crunchier. Godd size drinks as well. The only issue we had was that they have valet parking....
Our favorite steakhouse on Long Island once again did not disappoint. The service, the food, and the ambiance were beyond awesome. Special thanks to our server, Christian, who did and outstanding job.
I'd definitely give Jake's 5 stars all around, especially when taking into account the cost of the meal. I've eaten at many steakhouses in Nassau and all over NYC and for the price it's Jake's for the win. Drinks, steaks and sides were very good. No tables jammed in next to one another, no crowd, no noise. Just appropriate volume in the music. Attentive service, glass of wine promptly replaced when we accidentally spilled it. Next time I'll leave...
