Texas roadhouse is always my go to restaurant when I am on the road traveling. Their steaks are always perfectly cooked and I have never had to wait even during rush-hour because there’s usually a stool at the bar I can get in quickly in order and have my meal in front of me typically less than 15 minutes.

I ordered a steak salad and wanted my steak well done it came back medium rare I refused it!!!! My wife ordered steak and rib combo her ribs were burnt she sent them back other than that my kids food was fine

For the first time after all the time is coming here I actually walked out the stakes in the fridge were terrible I will always get a ribeye steak off the bone which they did not have the stakes they had very cheap lookingWheelchair accessibility: The parking lots have very little parking spaces for handicapped

One and done. The food is so overly salty. I couldn’t eat the fries pickles. So then we tried the grilled shrimp which was better but again so salty. My daughter didn’t eat her hamburger & fries because it was so dry. I ordered the salmon which was also overcooked. The only thing that was good was the bread. Idk how the place was so crowded & the bathroom was filthy. What a waste of money. So disappointed

Came here on a Saturday night. Wait time is 45 mins to over an hour but it was definitely worth it because the food was delicious and service was amazing. Our server, Alyssa, was very attentive and patient with us.
I’m always pleasantly surprised 5 meals at the table all Great! Service was great Talia was very sweet definitely back on our radar

What a difference a couple years can make. I took advantage of the waitlist on the Texas Roadhouse app. l noticed the restaurant was busy, so my family and I decided to wait in the car. At 6:35 the waitlist indicated we would be seated at 7:28pm. At 7:25 we decided to make our way inside. We approached the Hostess desk just to let the Hostess know we had arrived and was told it would be additional 10 mins. Again seeing they were very busy I was ok. After 20 mins passed, I decided to go back to the hostess desk and this time was "straight face" greeted by DAYANA. No smile, no hi, no nothing. I never been greeted so rudely ever! I was appalled because I felt like I was bothering her. I asked her how much longer would we need to wait. She said a couple minutes. If I didn't see her giggling and having conversation while waiting, I wouldn't have felt a way. I did sarcastically mention she should smile. She definitely should take some customer service classes. A head nod is not appropriate as a Hostess!After an additional 10 mins, we were finally seated. Guess who seated us...YES DAYANA. She said nothing. No "thank you for waiting". No "your host will be right with you". Literally threw our rolls on the table and walked away! WOWLuckily NATALIE our server saved the day. She was so sweet. Very kind and knowledgeable. My mom couldn't decide on what drink to get...Natalie made her decision easier..lolUnfortunately, Natalie was the only best part of our meal because the food wasn't that great tonight. The prime rib was full of fat and the fried pickles were so salty I had to send them back. My daughter's hot dog was cold and so were the loaded mash potato's. The chicken on the appetizer sampler and cactus blossom was the best part of the meal. I must also say my drink was GREAT even if it didn't look like the picture. It was a black rim salted, top shelf margarita and it didn't disappoint!I frequently go to this restaurant and never had an experience like this before. Hopefully this will be the first and last time.

This place is one of the best store I’ve visited. Friendly staff! Extremely helpful. I’d love to recommend everyone to visit here as the prices here are way reasonable as compared to other stores! Must visit store!!! Highly recommend everyone to purchase here to get better deals!

First time here after being in the area for over 7 yrs and we were floored by how good the food was here! Didn't even get to sample the steak, came here for lunch on a whim and was pleased by the service and care. I had the country fried chicken and wife had a burger and it was great! Will definitely return and try some other things out!
