The owner is judgmental person who comments on this she should not.
I ordered from this location; they did not add the gift card message. My friend did not know who the basket came from, I called the location b/c I was upset, and the women said sorry. Extremely disappointed knowing on how much I spent on the cookies. Never again and the woman on the phone was rude and hung up quickly.
