The service was horrible, the lady took forever to help people and to make drinks. The coffee was pretty good and the donut was good.
Sara and another man were so patient and excellent today. I have anxiety while ordering at drivethrus and I didn’t feel rushed. Also, the matcha banana iced latte is delicious. I recommend this location!
I go here every day for my iced coffee fix. The staff is outstanding; they're warm, friendly and helpful.My order is always correct and fresh.
Other dunkins around here come up short: weak coffee, not enough flavoring. The one in the North Shore farms shopping center gave me what was supposed to be a iced caramel coffee with no caramel and refused to add any. I drink one every day, and I know what plain coffee tastes like, brother!

One customer received the wrong drink without being notified, which was disappointing. Despite this, another reviewer had a wonderful experience with great service and clean surroundings.
