I stopped by here to get an iced latte. It was more bitter than the usual Dunkin's I go to. Also the biscuit bites were a bit too soft and had a strange texture, so I wasn't sure if they were heated properly. I spoke with someone who could only give me a credit thats good for a few locations out in the Huntington area. They were professional and was able to address my concerns clearly; even though I didn't get the exact resolution I was looking for.
