This place is located in the shopping center off of Larkfield Road, servicing Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Nice staff. Clean facilities. More for the health conscious consumer. Not your prototypical, dessert, smoothie location. Reasonably priced. Card payments are accepted. Give this place to try if you’re in the area. We will most likely be going back.

I recently tried the breakfast Protein Waffle and the Açaí protein bowl, I have to say they are great options for anyone looking to boost their protein intake without sacrificing flavor.

I recently tried the Chunky Peanut Butter shake at ENP Nutrition, and it’s so good! The peanut butter flavor is rich, and the texture is perfect—just the right amount of crunch. It keeps me full and satisfied, and I love how it tastes. Definitely a great option for a tasty and filling snack!

They tried to kill me with an Açaí Bowl

Love! ENP offers a healthy refresher that has helped me to replace Starbucks with a delicious lower sugar, higher protein option. The shakes are tasty too!

Phenomenal establishment. Went for the Vanilla Strawberry Banana protein smoothie after my workout at Gold’s, just down the road. You can truly taste the amazing quality of the products this place uses. And to add, amazing customer service. Didn’t catch the guy’s name but he said he works every Monday!Go check this place out if you haven’t -

We found this gem of a smoothie shop and absolutely love stopping in. They have quality ingredients and amazing flavors to choose from. Aside from the products, their team is simply awesome. So personable and knowledgeable. We especially love stopping in when Rebecca is working because she makes you feel so welcomed and makes sure to make your order just right and with extra love. ENP is always a hit with my family. The kids enjoy their shakes and ask me for them all the time !

Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so sweet to my kids and always make their experience amazing! My kids LIVE for fruity pebbles without the real stuff full of not so great ingredients!
