Came by this morning and it was such a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in the door. Sara went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She was super kind to my family and we will definitely be coming back because of her. Such a great selection of sandwiches and pastries. Would definitely recommend the Love & Affection sandwich special it was incredible.
You have to be aware of how each place works and operates. My usual bagel shop, which i have been going to for many years, is nearly half in total price, so no wonder that there was a bit of sticker shock. The food was good. (Beware, don't be blindsided).
Been coming here for over 20 years, buying bagels, egg sandwiches and deli sandwiches. This place used to be 5/5, but these past 5 years, the quality of the food just isn’t the same. Bagels are not as doughy, egg sandwiches are drier than they used to be. And the last deli sandwich I had came with a potato salad that was just terrible. I don’t know what has happened to this place. Maybe new ownership? You just don’t taste the love in the food, that used to be there many...
