I went here with my lovely girlfriend after a Funeral I wanted to distract myself have a good dinner and I am a very critical person I rarely like restaurants I was a walk in and they accommodate us very well the menu options were solid I got the Shrimp la Villini and it was amazing truly one the best dishes ive ever had my compliments to the owner and chef our server was wonderful and I rarely find myself praising a place so much but I will be coming back here many times one the best restaurant ive ever been to

I must have gone to a different Villini because the food was very disappointing. 2 couples. Bread was soggy and cold. Calamari was salty. Shrimp Cocktail was spongy and like a ring from key food. Chicken Fontana, ok but dry. Shrimp Orreganato was bland and tasteless. We ate before the place filled up & maybe after some daytime parties so maybe the chef was on break but this was not great authentic Italian food. And, the waiter was impatient and not the friendliest.

Ordered take out food. Got 2 chicken dishes and one pasta. The chicken servings were soo small, can't believe they would cheap out like that. Kind of disappointed with this place. It wasn't worth the money I was charged for the food....maybe consider being more generous with the portions

Good food, mediocre service. Find better food elsewhere. We had large group, including some children and were told we could not order appetizers first, the order needed to be placed all together. Who makes these rules?? Our drink orders weren't taken until much later as well. No drinks, no appetizers. The one large dish we ordered to be shared came out in a small and they corrected this by bringing another small. They wanted to charge for 2 smalls however, which is more money and their error. Later on we felt rushed to leave. We arrived early, before it was busy. The staff that helped us did very little to make any kind of accomodations. I can eat elsewhere with less headache.

The restaurant was over and above our expectations the service was superb as was the food was absolutely the best Italian food we have every experienced. We had a few favorites on long island but La Villini will be our best choice going fot

I'm a bit late, we went on January 6th. The restaurant did an impeccable job. Dwight Gooden came there for an event a while back and my parents went. They loved it and had the best time. My mom wanted to go again for her birthday. I made a reservation and asked if they could do something special for her birthday. Boy, did they deliver!
The service was impeccable, it was family style, and the food was great. Presentation was fantastic and the staff helped with serving the food. They surprised us with cannolis and one with a candle in it for mom's birthday. You guys made her night so special, thank you so much! We will be back again!
