Love is location.
Michael, in customer service area, was so extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me select numerous books that I was purchasing for the husband... what a great asset to their staff!!
Cafe staff always so pleasant and also knowledgeable with all of their goods.
Love the coffee. The line moved quickly although I have had times where it takes long.
