Came in from out of town for the day and stopped here on a whim- and we are so glad we did. We had specialty slices including the penne ala vodka pizza, chicken francese slice, chicken bacon ranch slice, and a garlic slice. We also got a buffalo chicken roll and a spinach/ broccoli roll. To finish with something sweet we got a tiramisu dessert. All of the food was 10/10.
The guys working the counter were friendly and swift- great customer service.
Overall had a great experience at Gino's!

I’m VERY disappointed with Gino’s of East Norwich!!! I placed an order online for GLUTEN FREE pasta, after awaiting an additional 30 minutes after the delivery time I received a regular pasta dish. I called the manager to confirm I placed a gluten free pasta dish it was reported that it was indeed NOT GLUTEN FREE. I mistakenly trusted that my allergy would be taken care after special instructions and paying an additional $4 for the gluten free pasta. When I spoke to the manager they were very rude and didn’t not take my allergy seriously after requesting a full refund. He did not apologize and hung up on me. Safe to say if you have celiac this place does not take it seriously!!! Never ordering from here again!!!

Was able to get some food to go from here a couple times. Very good variety of speciality slices, rolls, appetizers, etc.. Arancini was good, but the penne vodka balls were lacking a bit of flavor. Some slices were good, some are great, and some are ok. Service was very good. The various pinwheels were delicious and filling. Staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and attentive. Dining area is charming, yet spacious with a modern look. Ample parking available, but may be limited when the adjacent restaurants and stores are busy, too.

Fantastic cauliflower crust pizzettas.

Best veal parm in Nassau County. Apps are great. Their fried penne vodka balls and drunken rice balls are excellent. Big portions too. Very good desserts. Waiter brought free Cannolis to the table first time going there.

Generous portions of very high quality food here. You can taste the difference. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Jabroni pie, omg so delicious 😋

Excellent service from the employee being trained and the manager training. There are a lot of Gino's pizza places on Long Island, but I will certainly make sure this is the one I come back to.

I’ve eaten there three times so far and the food keeps getting better and better. The entire menu is absolutely fantastic. Not to mention the staff is five star all the way friendly helpful with an awesome group of people and did I mention that the food is absolutely off the chain fantastic. Absolutely love this place.

I walked in, and before the door closed behind me, I was greeted by someone. Needless to say, customer service was top tier. I was only getting some slices and knots, but the experience was beyond my takeout order.

Loved this place! The food was outstanding, the waiter was top notch, and the restaurant itself was nice. Highly recommend a visit. I had a Gino-Hatten and it was delicious! I also had the Gnochi (a special) and it was fantastic. The tiramisu and blueberry cheese cake are definitely worth saving room for, but if I were to choose 1, the tiramisu would be my pick!

This is our go to Friday night pizza place and our night out with family and friends. The place is beautiful inside, the food is delicious and the service has always been super friendly. The girl who answers the phone to take our order is always knowledgeable and friendly. We love Gino’s!
