Bagel Patch in Medford, CT, holds such a special place in my husband's heart—it's the bagel spot he grew up with, where his dad would always pick up fresh bagels on the weekends. We made sure to stop by over Easter weekend to keep the tradition alive, and it did not disappoint! The bagels were just as delicious as he remembered—fresh, perfectly chewy, and full of that classic flavor. Worst bagel shop ever !! First off the counter help doesn't understand English very well ,I'm asking for an apple turnover and she gives me a danish then they make my breakfast sandwich with cold rubbery bacon .it was truly the worst breakfast bagel sandwich and the bagels don't taste like bagels they taste more like Italian bread and doughy inside .I definitely will not be coming back here

I’ve been buying Bagels here for over 20!years through all the different owners . These latest ones i’ve gotta say things have certainly changed.I live 4 hrs away so i can’t really check my product before i buy it -2 times now - Aug i bought 2 dozen bagels and all my twists were burnt on the bottom - today im looking at yesterday’s purchase when i got home - i think they put all the bagels on a diet as they’re all about 1/3 their regular size - very disappointing-$60 in bagels this year and haven’t single quality in any of them -Time to find a new vendor i’m thinking -sad -that place was pretty awesome at one time ?

I have been coming here for about 5 years now, I absolutely love the bagels and their sandwiches are always to die for!!!! Maria and her staff are always so helpful and are the best things in the morning!! Also… where else can you get a French toast bagel with extra chocolate chip cream cheese and a large iced coffee for just 8 bucks?!!

The bagels are decent but i bought an egg sandwich and im completely disgusted. Not only was the bacon raw but i literally watched them pull an old plastic dried fish container out of the fridge, which they now use to store their ketchup in, and scoop ketchup onto my sandwich with her hands! not even a knife. I will never go back there again. never! They are disgusting

Been going here since I moved out here, so about 8 years. Bagels are great but the service is probably some of the worst I’ve seen. They never smile they get nasty if you take a second and not even a thank you if you tip. There is like one or two workers that are nice there and you will know who just by the others being so rude. Found a new place so I’m done with that dump
