This was the first Thai restaurant I have ever ordered from that didn’t have a spice range…. When I asked for pad Thai 3*, and Tom kha soup 3* (medium spice) she was confused about “what stars?” Lovely lady, easy to chat with…. But when they say most of their food comes “no spice”… They mean it - bland AF. :-(. No spice / no flavor.

Only had a couple things from here while in town visiting, but I hope they are around for years to come. The food was phenomenal! They obviously care about their ingredients, and their customers. If you're not hungry, at least grab a Thai tea-you won't regret it.

Currently having the Tom Ka Soup (Coconut Soup) and it is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! I’ve eaten here many times and like to try something new each time. Everything I’ve tried is fantastic!! Love the people, love the food 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is hands down the BEST Thai food on Long Island. The spicy rice is second to none. It’s a small spot with a few tables to sit but primarily a take out vibe. Staff are incredibly kind, prices are extremely fair, and the flavor is to die for. All the Thai places I’ve been to, nothing comes close to Rice Thai. Keep up the incredible food!

Ordered take out from Rice Thai this evening. I ordered Thai fried rice with chicken and pan fried chicken dumplings. My experience inside the restaurant was pleasant with no issues. The food itself was very flavorable with good portions. Believe this was my third time trying this restaurant and won't be my last.
Undoubtedly, Rice Thai has the best Thai food locally. I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now and it hasn’t been a disappointment up until recently. I ordered take out the other day and there seemed to be a language barrier and confusion about what I was ordering. The woman on the phone who took the order became very rude and impatient. However, when I got there to pick up the food her whole attitude changed I think when she realized I was the one picking up the order..she’s definitely seen me before and was super nice to me like she has always been in the past when I went. As much as this is my go to place for Thai, I did not appreciate the unwarranted attitude that I received and after reading past reviews this seems to be a common issue. And not for anything, the majority of their income comes from take out because they only have a total of two small tables..so I’d think twice before being rude to those that make up the majority of your business. Again, the food here is great and I haven’t had a bad experience up until now..but it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and may think about checking out other places…

Really good solid Thai food they make the Prig King in house, freshly breaded homemade fried tofu and they’ll spice you like they mean it. It’s worth the 45 minute drive for me and the service is second to none. Best Thai on the island. HUGE portions. Enjoy
