Great family-friendly spot! The shoestring French fries are very delicious, and the pizza is great. Perfect for a casual meal with the whole family. Service can be slow but still recommend.

Wow. Just wow. If you're looking for a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant, Ferrari Pizza Bar is the place to be. I came in hungry, left hungry, and gained a fresh new understanding of what it feels like to be completely invisible.

The waiting time? Iconic. I had enough time to binge-watch a whole Netflix series and still not get my food. Meanwhile, folks who came in after me were served like royalty.

We have our offices at the Piano Works and we would order more often if the service was faster. Today I’m waiting for a salad to be prepared while my pizza gets cold. It’s almost always something. The pizza’s good but tonight it will be cold.

Came here for a double dinner date and got the appetizers & drinks promptly after ordering. The drinks and appetizers were great. Our server came back to take our orders for the main courses and everything went south.

Very long wait time (45min), no checking in with us, other tables being seated and served by the same server. Eventually 3/4 main courses came and we were incredibly disappointed. 2 identical pasta entrees with wildly different results (one was watery and salty, the other had little sauce and was bland). The pizza I ordered in particular was very cold. We waited another 15min for the last entree (a sandwich). One of us went up to ask someone if we could get a fresh pizza and the server yelled out that the last entree is here.

We got another pizza and ate most of the meal until the bill came.Close to $200 between the 4 of us for fantastic appetizers, drinks, and the poorest made and served main dishes I've ever been served. Not worth the wait and price.

The icing on the cake was asking for a manager to express our disappointment with the service and the server was the manager.

Appetizers where delicious best part of the night.. .. The main food came out 25 mins after ordering... pizza came out cold. My husbands food was out 10 minutes after ours. I asked to talk to manager and it was the same person who snapped at me. I nor the friends that were with us will never be coming back to this restaurant.. do yourself a favor go somewhere else....
