What a RIP!!!! Barely any meat on subs/sandwich. Bread was rock hard. Flavorless soup. Got the garlic parm steak and eggplant. Sauce was cold and meat was hot. Absolutely awful. This sub was not "8 inches " ridiculous. $43 dollars for 2 sandwiches , 2 soups , drinks , chips .. crazy. Won't be back for food just bakery items

Edit to add - they can't stand behind a product. They told my husband to return the items. Mind you A they are ClOSED and B it's gonna be the next day. Are your customers really not that important to you that you can't afford to give a refund for $43? That's pathetic .... I'll bring the half eaten day old subs right over. Leo's is quite out of the way for us as well. Any good business would stand behind their mistake . They offered a free sub for next time on a book which I'm sure they keep the record of what a bunch of rubbish

Edit edit - even though it's the next day the manager insists o return the product before they'll refund me. Despite the weather and the food now being a day old ( one of the bags was thrown away because who hold on to nasty old food ? ) this business DOES NOT care about their customers PERIOD.

These MF really want me to take a 20 minute drive with day old food before they'll refund me. Way to stand behind a product and your customers. Trash ass business!!!

Leo's Bakery and Deli is getting one star because their cakes, cookies, pastries, bread are good, but let me be clear THEY DO NOT care about their customers. We ordered 2 subs one garlic parm steak and one eggplant parm. The garlic parm steak had a few scraps of meat, no spinach And no sauce . The eggplant sub was warm but had stone cold marinara on it . The New England clam chowder didn't have any flavor to it and tasted like warm milk with tons of pepper. The chili was the same way didn't have any flavor . When I reached out, the response I got was to return the subs or I can't get a refund. Let me be clear this response came after closing. So not only do they want half eaten products that they can't re sell back, but I've got to now take 3 children back out to Leo's, which isn't around the corner for us to get a refund .. what ? You can't stand behind your product and offer a refund. Is business that bad you can't afford to refund 43 dollars? Get real
