On weekends, you can enjoy hervidos 🥰 I come here ever time I can and it brings me back ❤️❤️❤️ customer service is excellent. If you have never tried Venezuelan food, you should order the combos. If you need to bring something to a summer party, bring a bunch of tequeños. The kids will eat them by the dozen.“

“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. “I think this was the push for me and my wife to move from Florida to NY! We came here late last year as we visited some family and fell in love. Now we have been here since February and we pretty much stop there AALLLL the time. Luis knows our orders by heart and his family is the sweetest. I never get bad service and even if they are super busy they are attentive and apologetic. I will be back next week and the week after that..... I did notice there are two restrooms available, though they require an employee to unlock them, which is something to keep in mind.

“I love their pizzas. They have a brick oven that they make their pizzas in and it really brings out the authenticity of the pizza. Their pizzas are sized just for you to eat. You have a choice of ordering a bigger/“regular” sized pizza that you’d often see at other pizza places but their pizza size makes it so easy for you to just eat that by yourself and go. One recommendation for when you go is definitely the bbq chicken pizza! I love the bbq chicken pizza. I get it all the time but it may be a little too sweet for some as said by others that have tried the pizza but i dont think you can go wrong with bbq chicken pizza even if you do find it a bit sweet.“

I understand quality and service vary wildly by location, but I have been coming here for about 20 years now with about 5 year gaps in between. I don't eat Taco Bell much, but every time I go to this location in Lynbrook on Merrick Rd., they always have good customer service. Yes, the employee rotation changes throughout the years, but all that served me were great. The food is always good here and the stock of condiments are always full. This restaurant looks clean every time I go. This time I ordered from the self serve kiosk and the employee in his personal conversation with another customer still stopped to ask if I needed help. I ordered a chicken burrito and taco with Frank's hot sauce on it.“

Still sounds reasonable but when you only get 3 to 4 bites of a hamburger it is starting to get to a point if it's still worth it. The drive thru lane is very tight. There are only a few parking spots on a very, very busy intersection of Bayside.“

Please consider opening locations in Hollywood Florida, Elizabeth New Jersey near the train station, and Detroit Michigan. You deserve to expand because this is hands down some of the best fried chicken ever. It is better than Dave’s Hot Chicken, Mac and Burger, and even KFC.
