“This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.”

“Best home made soup. burgers are served in a buttered brioche roll..cooked exactly to order. Dom makes everyone feel welcome. Great age range of diners from seniors to workers on lunch break to bar goers , etc. Check it out!”

“First time here last night for my birthday. Sat at the bar and was waited on by Bianca? (Dark hair and sparkly top on) She was friendly, professional, efficient and checked on us often. Gnocchi in vodka sauce and meatballs were to die for, and fried ravioli appetizer special was super tasty too! Currently eating my leftovers for dinner and she wrote the sweetest happy birthday note on the box, sent the wonderful experience home with me. 10/10”

“Passing through town on a snowy night, our family needed to grab a meal to bring back to the hotel. We had trouble narrowing down what to order, as there were so many great-looking options. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. Even our hard-to-please kids loved their meals and even actually asked to try some of ours. We will definitely be back when back in the area to try some of the other items (though it will be hard to pass up the jambalaya mac & cheese, southwestern egg rolls and loaded salts, knowing how good they are)!”

“Four stars for the food and four stars for the service—both were good Unfortunately, the atmosphere only gets two stars. Many tables were dirty, and the male employee was on his phone. rather than cleaning the dining area. I had to get a wipe from my car to clean the table.” The food and service were good, but the environment needs improvement.”

“Had the pleasure of sitting in with Trumptight 315 this past Saturday night. It was a bit cramped, but that helped to make it cozy. The vibe was great, and the food was better! Had pizza and wings. Had a great time, and I shall return!”

“Brad’s Extra Innings is a fantastic local sports bar and our family’s go-to spot for big games. We’re there often for the Super Bowl and Syracuse basketball, and it’s always the perfect place to watch with other fans. Plenty of TVs, a lively but comfortable atmosphere, and a great crowd on game days.

The staff has always taken excellent care of us, and it truly feels like a neighborhood spot where sports fans can relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the game together. If you’re looking for a solid sports bar in Syracuse, Brad’s Extra Innings is an easy recommendation.”

“My family and I ordered here often. Even though we have a dunkin literally right next to our house we drive out of our way to order at this one. We love the way they make thier doughnuts especially the cream delights. They have the fun colors. My coffee is alway delicious. 🤗
Our order is usually always under Savannah (my 8 year old daughter) who loves ordering in her name. Lol
The staff is really kind and helpful. We appreciate them. We've had a time or 2 when things were a little off or not so kind however we understand how frustrating some day can be when busy. Etc.
We will continue to come back.

“Ordered a couple days ahead pizza were ready at exactly the time I asked, I know because I got out of work early and ended up there ten minutes before the time I specified. Pizzas were exactly the twin trees style I have a certain neostelogia for and were prepared perfectly within those parameters”

“Randi delivers exceptional service every single time. Today I ordered the deconstructed kebab, and she made sure everything was exactly right from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the dish, checked in to be sure it was prepared the way I wanted, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy.

Her timing is flawless—attentive but never hovering—and her friendly, professional demeanor makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Randi has a way of making guests feel genuinely taken care of, and that kind of service stands out.

The meal was excellent, and Randi’s attention to detail and positive attitude made it even better. She is a true asset to Ruby Tuesday’s and a big reason I keep coming back.”
