I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews for places, but my experience was so bad that I have to. This morning, 09/27/2024 I went through the drive thru at 7:00am, my order wasn't taken at the speaker until 7:09, mind you it was just me sitting at the speaker by myself. I got to the window she took my money. I then proceeded to watch 7 cars behind me pull off due to their negligence to help the drive-thru. Got a glass cleaner flavored doughnut yesterday called spoke to a manger Randy was his name he was nice and apologetic and said they had cleaned the doughnut case earlier that morning and thats probably how it got on the doughnut now why they cleaned the doughnut case while product was in it is beyond me health codes and regulations forbid that I just hope no doughnuts with glass cleaner were given to children who may not know the difference and hopefully itll never happen again...read full review
