Up until today I would have given this restaurant a 5 star.Today there were no napkins except at the tables which were occupied. One container of parmesean cheese for the entire restaurant on an occupied table. The had one small slice of mushroom pizza ,which was good but 1/2 size of normal slice. I was charged full price. They did give me my diet coke for free. I don't know what is happening at this location but the staff are really quiet. It appears to be disorganized....

Love the food here, but last few times I’ve been in here have been helped by some shorter dude with a mustache and he had a purple dodgers hat on. Piss poor attitude and definitely doesn’t want to be there. That alone makes me not want to come in as much. Everyone else is amazing and very friendly

Pavone's food is consistently very good and prices are reasonable. However, their service sucks. The last 2 times I have ordered from them my order has been incomplete or missing an item. A phone call to them was not helpful "they'll make it right the next time" whatever that means. I won't use online ordering again, I'll call, put up with harried workers that answer the phone and have them read my order back. If it's wrong again, well, that's...
