Such a cute hotel! I stayed here for a wedding and the staff were so amazing. Katie was so accommodating and hospitable and helped me with everything I needed. Will hopefully be back soon!

They went way out of their way to make check-in a little special, asking how I want my AC and air purifier. I was staying alone on this trip but man, if you have a group the common area of this hotel is amazing. Perfect for hanging out, card games etc. Also really cool and unique location for both sunrise and sunset. Rooms are cutely decorated!

Really enjoyed our stay at the perch hotel. Great service, beautiful view. Will definitely be back. I also appreciate the amenities and the noon check out. You don't feel rushed out so early in the morning.

Wow.. Great place. Katie, our host, was kind, respectful, and helpful with all my questions. The check in process is super easy. No key or cards, all electronic locks and pass code. Breakfast was fresh each morning. The new owners have owned it about a year and have made some very comfortable changes to the rooms. Extremely clean throughout the entire hotel. The bar and Restaurant will hopefully open soon. And of course, The 5 State, Mountain top view from the Lounge and back Deck. NY, NJ, CT, NH, VT.. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely quaint and beautifully done. Rooms are very spacious and clean. A little older which adds to the charm. Views are magnificent and we were able to see the sunrise from our bed. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but filling. Great coffee. Loved our stay. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing views and awesome updated rooms. A lot of history here also ! Definitely worth the visit.

Beautiful and quaint retro spot with amazing views. Water pressure was a little soft for me so in winter might be more important.

Katie was amazing and we even got to enjoy a little complimentary breakfast spread in the lodge…what fun.

I’d driven past this hotel many times over the years, always curious about its story and struck by its unique location. I finally treated myself to a small retreat—and I’m so glad I did.

Arriving late, I was initially concerned about after-hours check-in, but the hotel staff were more than accommodating. Their responses were quick, personal, and reassuring, which set the tone for my stay.

The room itself was immaculate and equipped with everything you could need for a short getaway. The common areas were just as impressive—beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. I was fortunate to meet one of the owners, who shared that they had only reopened a few weeks ago.

As I was leaving, I accidentally dropped something. To my surprise, they promptly sent me a photo of the item and offered to hold it until my return—a gesture that perfectly reflects their care and hospitality.

I will absolutely be back. I’m excited to see how this property continues to grow and establish itself as a true gem in the area.

Book it—you won’t regret it.

Lovely well designed great view very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, very clean, wonderful large sitting room with deck. Thoughtfully planned space. The place has a well cared for vibe.

We loved the quaint atmosphere and the clean rooms! Katie was more than amazing, always smiling and just very welcoming.
We got a code for our room since we checked in virtually after hours, but it was easy to use to enter.
Location is perfect for trails, the view is spectacular, and the creaky flooring just added to the charm.
Breakfast included bagel bites with cream cheese, raspberry popovers, cut up fruit, and there's coffee and tea 24/7. The lobby also had a pool table and games, and a fireplace (that wasn't lit, it was August).
My husband and 3 young adults liked it, too.
I would definitely recommend the place.
