We really want to be excited about this. We love Indian food and have eaten in many restaurants also in Westchester, the long line outside and the wait made us think that it is a proven great place. When we got the dishes we ordered (we tried quite a lot of them, we received small amounts (one of the main dishes was with mushrooms (close to $30), we got one portabelo mushroom in the center of the plate with some sauce on top. Overall the food was not as flavorful as we learned to expect from Indian dishes, like someone skimped on spices. Besides the unexpected small portions and the lack of flavor, it was over priced for what was being served. Will not go back again. There are one try other Indian restaurants around that make so much better food. It’s a shame, since the restaurant decor is a cute one.

I used to order here a lot, as I still believe they have the best biryani in westchester! However, I had a bad experience with them and I’m not sure I will again.
To celebrate Diwali with my family, we ordered delivery from here at around 6:30pm. It was taking longer than usual, so we called the restaurant to see what was up. We were told our order is ready, and the courier is waiting on someone else’s food. Followed by another hour wait, we were notified by the restaurant that our order had been cancelled- 2hrs and 30 minutes since we placed the order. I’ve never had this happen before, and am sad because I really liked this place. No option to remedy it either :/
