Expect to pay more here for the experience. The food is very good and they have a large selection of brewed beer. Atmosphere is chic and people fill this place out regularly. I think you like this if you want an upscale brewery to go to.

The food was good we drank a bit and I would have appreciated a spec of bread. Our server and all of staff were delightful. They sell a pretzel but sometimes you want a little bread. 😭

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Brewology in Speonk. My daughter got her mussels which were delicious! The service was top notch! They accommodated our large party of 11 in a semi private front space. The manager went above and beyond and there was no cake fee for having our own cake. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed everything! I ordered the BrBurger and it was cooked perfectly! I highly recommend and will return !

Food was delicious, and the server came over often to see how our meals were. Unfortunately, there were 2 men seated behind us who were extremely loud and even knocked over a drink onto the floor ?.

Loved it. The summer salad was AMAZING. Steakburger was amazing. Wings were amazing. Everything came put perfect and our waitress was really nice. Outside seating was perfext for a nice summer night. Would definitely go again.

Steak burger was extremely tasty and perfectly cooked, great beer selection and the fries were super crispy. Would come back again

We haven't been here for a while. Tonight happened to be the first lobster night of the summer. The lobster bisque was absolutely incredible. It had an unbelievable amount of lobster chunks in it. It was so filling that I couldn't finish my appetizer, let alone have anything else. The staff was great. Our server Gianna was polite and very attentive, and the kitchen was extremely quick with getting our dinner out to us. Dining here was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back.

Omg!! The food is AMAZING. Service is wonderful, drinks are great and management is on top of everything. It’s so rare to see everything working really well in a restaurant but it was truly great here. Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.
