Really bummed about the experience we had here recently. A group of us came out to celebrate a birthday, this place used to be our go-to growing up, so we were excited to come back. But it just didn’t live up to what it once was. First, the AC was out (and apparently has been for a while), which made it super uncomfortable. the staff were honestly great, friendly and trying so hard, but you can tell they’re not getting the support they need. It feels like no one’s steering the ship. Second, you never see the owners, and it really shows. It’s sad to see a place that meant so much to our town just falling apart. I don’t think we’ll be back, which sucks to say.

Came here with a group of friends for a birthday party—we all used to come here as kids, so it felt nostalgic. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The AC has been broken for weeks, making it uncomfortable inside. I tried ordering a beer, but the taps weren’t working, which is a shame since this place was once known for its great beer. The staff was incredibly kind and clearly doing their best, but it’s obvious the owners are nowhere to be found. We honestly thought Pam, the old manager, was the owner back in the day because she ran this place like she cared—and she held it together. It’s sad to see a hometown favorite falling apart like this, especially since it used to be the spot everyone came to. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I have been going to brewology for the past few years and the food is always ok and service fine. I don't know what happened, but tonight was awful. It was very crowded so tried to be patient. Watched lots of bus girls milling around, no one asked to place a drink order or even water. Sat for 15 min and ignored completely. The table next to us who were sat after us complained and got somebody to take an order and we were still ignored! The food here has never been that great. Got up and left, went to Trumpets on the Bay, service was excellent and had an outstanding dinner! So glad I didn't waste my money at Brewology. Will never go back.

Busy brew n burger restaurant. $$ Expect to pay more here for the experience. The food is very good and they have a large selection of brewed beer. Atmosphere is chic and people fill this place out regularly. I think you like this if you want an upscale brewery to go to.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Brewology in Speonk. My daughter got her mussels which were delicious! The service was top notch! They accommodated our large party of 11 in a semi private front space. The manager went above and beyond and there was no cake fee for having our own cake. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed everything! I ordered the BrBurger and it was cooked perfectly! I highly recommend and will return !

Loved it. The summer salad was AMAZING. Steakburger was amazing. Wings were amazing. Everything came put perfect and our waitress was really nice. Outside seating was perfext for a nice summer night. Would definitely go again.
