Best bagels! Muffins really good. Generous and fresh sandwiches

Are they serious?? Is this a joke? Come on… I feel bad for leaving this review, but I keep going back there because they are members of my community but really? It’s just always like this. I’m done.

Juan was awful, he didn’t give me what I asked for, it took him a while to get me my order, and people who ordered after me got their food before me. Please work on getting better employees or fire Juan. - Thank you

Overall, a nice place bought seven bagels spent seven dollars. OK a dollar bagel not too bad asked for half a pound of cream cheese wouldn't you know a half a pound of cream cheese now cost six dollars I think that's a bit much for a half a pound of cream cheese. Yes I don't have to buy it But let's be real

The staff working there were unbelievably sweet and beyond helpful. Nicest bagel shop I’ve ever been to and the food was great.

The manager Taras response to me saying we won't be back was, ok that's cool. This was the third time we got home and items we paid for weren't in the bag. No one says I'm sorry. The managers attitude is terrible. Not a way to treat customers that are there every Saturday morning. We will be finding a new spot . Since the manager was so rude and thought this was funny , I will be contacting the BBB.

Really enjoy the food particularly the seasoned breakfast potatoes and good bagels. The prices are also really reasonable. But 3 stars because staff has been rude so many times now that I don't bother going. When calling in it's so abrasive I just rather not do it... One time I was standing there for a while waiting to order and then was told that I was standing in the wrong spot so it's my fault that no one asked for my order (I've been going here since I was a kid and that was a first) and most recently, similar issue of standing there and everyone behind counter was chatting and cleaning up and it took a longgg time until someone finally asked if I had been helped. (I was 1 of 2 people in the entire place). It's disappointing because I really do like the food and it used to be my go-to spot I'm just tired of the service. It's disappointing

The owner is a great guy and food is always fresh i love this place and make it a regular stop on my commute to work 10 out of 10 recommend you stop in and give it a try

They have the best bagels!

I live in Massachusetts and whenever I visit my family on long Island, I stop here to bring bagels back with me. Excellent bagels and they're always moving folks along quickly even when it's busy.
