This place is a hidden gem! Wife and I ate there today. Probably one of the best prime ribs I’ve had. Service was amazing as well! We will definitely be going back.

This was the second time I ordered the seafood basket special and the second time it was worse than the first. Scallops were burnt; black, clam strip dried out from over cooking, and the French fries were lukewarm. Generally, the food is good. Not the seafood basket

Food was pretty good. The atmosphere is a true bar and grill though. Don't expect to eat a meal in peace. The bar is literally feet away from the tables. The wait time was a little long for my liking. Give it a shot, might be good for you.

Schunks is always good...I had fish au gratin sister had fish fry we always make reservation so no waiting parking was difficult and it was a bit cold under the air conditioner but food is good...service was awsome.

Highly recommend a trip to the top of the hill in East Eden to enjoy a great menu of seafood, steaks and other traditional pub fare. The server was great and the food was delicious all at reasonable price. The fries are hand cut too!
I really was hopeful for a good meal and was really looking forward to a good prime rib dinner, unfortunately this was not it. Prime rib was dry, tough and flavorless even with the au jus. having to pay for an actual to go box was ridiculous especially on an almost $200.00 bill.

Schunks West Hill Grill is a small home town restaurant with the best food in a 100 mile radius,I highly recommend the prime rib vegetable soup it is so delicious & homemade, the grilled Prime rib is also very delicious.The waitresses are very friendly and courteous
