This is one of our favorite places. Normally never have a bad meal. Unfurtunately , they missed the mark this time. We waited over an hour for food even though we were here before the crowd rolled in. The beer battered fish fry was good, the broiled fish was over done and dry, they forgot the fries with the meal, and was not even offered to take it off the bill. First time here and definitely not the last. I happened on them via a quick internet search and was excited to see BBQ on the menu. Couldn’t make a decision so we ordered a little bit of everything (aka Oscars Big Lid)… it fantastic! Best BBQ I’ve had in a while! Kudos to the Chef and staff of East Eden Tavern!Parking: Park around back

I got the meatloaf with potato salad and Mac and cheese. An order of pretzels as well.Can’t say I thought the potato salad was all that good, seemed to lack serious flavor, however, the rest of the food was fantastic!I will definitely come back again when staying in the area.
