Looks can be deceiving, this restaurant might not have all the bells and whistles but it won't matter at all because the food is always stellar. Prices are fair and considering the end result i would pay more just for the pernil.
We stopped here for lunch (most places seem to be closed on a Wednesday). The food was surprisingly Fantastic! Fresh and delicious. The oxtail is tender and falling off the bone. The chicken stew is also delicious. The place is clean and bright and the service super friendly and warm. The lady patiently explained all the dishes. All in all a delightful find in upstate NY.
