We stopped here for lunch (most places seem to be closed on a Wednesday). The food was surprisingly Fantastic! Fresh and delicious. The oxtail is tender and falling off the bone. The chicken stew is also delicious. The place is clean and bright and the service super friendly and warm. The lady patiently explained all the dishes. All in all a delightful find in upstate NY.
Food is awesome, the staff however isn't very friendly and move slower than a land tortoise. I swear it was like she had somewhere better to be and she was serving to do the business a favor !!!No effort to speed up whatsoever, even though the 2 times we stopped there to grab food and the line was to the door... a shame... could be so much better.

This place is excellent, I was passing through and I stopped to take a chance, I was surprised, the food was delicious, real Dominican food, the man had excellent service, he was very kind to us. 100% recommended, it's a shame I live so far away
