“Amazing flavor on the brisket and pulled pork, great selection of sauces, huge portions, definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. Highly recommend the empanadas with buffalo chicken and mac and cheese and the brisket and mac and cheese empanada. Very crispy, not overly saturated with grease, cooked perfectly. Also great friendly staff and the to-go containers were very organized and carefully packed”

“Probably the most helpful and consistently kind staff at any fast food restaurant. It's also one of the cleanest. There is a man with salt and pepper hair and glasses who is always on point and friendly. If he's not the manager, he should be!”

“We were looking for a quick lunch so Subway is our go-to. Skeptical about this location partnering with a gas station. As it turns out, the store was clean, the service was friendly and quick, the 12" turkey sub we shared was delish.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with the convenience store but since the service is quick on both sides the parking was ample.”

The food at Ming Moon is excellent, we did not care for New China One OR all of the schizophrenic signs all over the restaurant about cameras. The family that runs Ming Moon work very hard to make great food that speaks for itself, and believe me it does!

(No, not the same Ming Moon from Stone Ridge, I asked.)

The prices are reasonable given the rising costs of food, and this place is closer than Yang's Kitchen in Kerhonkson, which honestly is also great.

“Ordered lunch for 30+ people for a creative retreat my org was hosting. We were able to have everyone's lunch labeled with their names on it. It was easy, fast, and not only did everyone love the food, but there was such a no-fuss simplicity to it that our flow of the day had zero bumps on the road. Not an easy feat when trying to feed folks and keep things moving! But we did it thanks to Morning Sunshine, and I'm so glad.”
