I’ve been here a couple times and everything I’ve ever ordered was bussin definitely should try if you’re in the area. The owners are very friendly don’t forget to leave them a tip because they definitely deserve it 🫶🏽
I had the Chicken Tikka with rice, and it was really good. I also sampled some Butter Chicken which was also delicious.
I had the Spice Fusion Special sandwich which was a nice size. The chicken had some kick to it with a nice sweet sauce. It was a good lunch option and will be going back.

Ellenville Spice Fusion serves delicious and bussin food that is fresh and piping hot. The menu features a successful fusion of spice dishes and fried chicken. Specific meals like the chicken masala over rice and the honey masala melt are phenomenal and delicious. The fried chicken is quite affordable and good, with options like a 9-piece with mozzarella sticks and french fries. The mango lassi is also loved. Portions are perfect. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the owners are very friendly. The inside has not much seating, attached to the pizza joint next door, and the ambiance is not the focus. It is a great place to stop after a hike when hungry for delicious Halal food. The experience is great overall, exceeding expectations.
