So many people were upset this morning when we were there waiting for our order. I personally waited 40 minutes… for a sandwich. I don’t fault them for being busy… that part is beyond their control. The problem was the attitude of the staff. I kindly asked the staff if they could check on my order. The woman said she checked and they were working on it. I waited another ten minutes and I inquired again. The woman refused to check and gave absolute attitude, as if I was the problem for asking. After three tries, it turns out the sandwich maker didn’t have my ticket. All that waiting and BS and it turns out, they lost my ticket. I witnessed the staff berate and argue with other customers who were simply inquiring about the status of their order because they too, were waiting upwards of 30+ minutes. The attitude of the staff is the whole reason why customers got more upset. Clearly this place hires mediocre fast food workers who don’t know how to handle pressure, or learn basic communication skills.

Food was old and barely warm. Cheese on the bacon egg cheese bagel didn’t even melt. Surprising, from Dunkin. Usually always good, hot and fresh. I would not return to this location. Awful!

Yo a man can’t even get coffee in peace in 2025, to get arrested cause a staff member was running her mouth it’s crazy, but was even more crazy ya did that to a man wit PTSD an he used to buy food every morning there, talk about poor management it’s a understatement, who ever was the manager that day should get fired 💯🤦🏾♂️

Food is made sloppy and givin to the costumer, donuts taste blah it's biting into air. They don't cut the bagels in half like they used to

On two separate occasions I ordered a large black ice coffee and upon taking my first sip I was immediately struck with a strong chemical taste. My stomach had sharp pains and I was burping up a chemical taste like chlorine or bleach maybe floor cleaner. I feel like the water used or the ice used to make the coffee is contaminated and is basically poison. If you want to wonder if you are ok and if you should go to the emergency room after taking a disgusting sip of chemicals then by all means come here. Go to the one in stone ridge. Never had chemicals or poison in their coffee!

One of the cleanest Dunkin ive ever been to. Very nice employees. They are very busy. When i got there they moved to 1st place nearby. So while coming in keep that in mind receiving the order may take longer however upside is the coffee is always better in busy dunkins. My coffee was delicious and they definitely deserve five star here. They have plenty of parking spots too.
