I don't frequent this location often, I do however go to dunkin EVERYDAY. Sometimes multiple times a day, & my order never changes.. last night I went in to this location and asked for something I get all the time from multiple locations & never have an issue with only to be told "no we can't do that" kinda snarky I might add.. & I'm in enough Dunkin groups to know that, yes it can be done.. but whatever, I changed my order and got my usual coffee.. already irritated I waited while my friend was getting her mobile order.. we waited.. and waited.. while 5 people just ignored the screen and kept cleaning. I assume after hearing me make a comment, the same snarky women started making her coffee, my friend said something about the amount of ice & the women again "well thats how much were supposed to put in" if every order was made how it's "supposed" to be then there wouldn't be so much inconsistency with how the same coffee is made day after day.. morale of the story is, this particular worker needs a course on customer Service, her skills are lacking . & I think she needs to re-read what she's "supposed" to do, or what she can&cannot do with certain drinks.

Go up to the window in the morning and every time it’s the older male it’s “ thanks for stopping” in the nastiest tone. No goodmorning, no what can I get you. Ordered a coffee and was greeted with silence. No what else no nothing. So I continue ordering. Let me just say, that is ridiculous especially because the workers are older. If management was smart they would have a friendly voice greeting customers. Didn’t even wanna order nothing else as I was going too because why would i with that attitude taking my order. I hope this manager and management fix the store or lose their jobs. Do better

I ordered two iced coffees , which were made completely wrong . They were supposed to be light and sweet and were a dark brown . The cups were covered in caramel. I also then ordered a refresher , which wasn’t put on so I had to go back thru the drive thru again because they wouldn’t allow me to add it at the window although I had already ordered it. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel , I asked for it to be cut in half and toasted neither was done . The egg was hanging off the cheese was barely half way on the bagel and the sausage was completely off the bagel . My order of hashbrowns were completely mush . They were cold and mushy. I feel that my bacon came with more grease in the bottom of the bag than actual strips of bacon . The only thing I was genuinely satisfied with was my donuts .
I come here all the time, my order is always correct and staff is awesome!! Best in the area!!

Horrible service! Constantly messing up orders! And god forbid you try to inform them about their mistake they’ll tell you what do you expect us to do, and ask you to leave!

I rushed to get bacon and hash brown before work and the bacon was not cooked properly it has so much pepper, the coffee had no taste has browns were soft. What a Sunday .
