Every time I go here to try a new drink the first thing I ask is is it sweet. And I get the same answer every time. Yes it is. 99.9999 percent of the time the drink is not sweet and then the employees get mad at you when you get upset with them because they don't know the difference between bitter and sweet. 0 out of 5 Stars if that was possible. This place is not the most accurate Dunkin I've been to. For certain, I've been going to the Dunkin' for two years now and the first two times I went through. They messed up my bagel and put cream cheese on it, not knowing what it was. Then sometimes when we go there they're always out of donuts like your a freaking donut shop. You don't even have donuts. Then if I did go out there and I said well, I had to say what I wanted they'd say I have your plain bagel. Then they'd be out of all the desserts? That's like saying I'm going to order and then not having anything. Because I still get a delicious plain bagel but I know not to get the donuts because they taste stale sometimes what's even worse is that when me and my family members was going to the Dunkin'. Then she said that she used to live off of these ham, egg ,and cheese croissants. Like every other Dunkin in the world has them except this one why are they limited? So overall not great service and good food but they should know that they have stale donuts and they're out of everything so I have to keep explaining things. They also don't know how to keep their service clean. Lastly, they don't even have some things that every single dunkin has in the world had like those ham, egg, and cheese croissant. they really need to do a better job. Thanks for trying though Ellenville Dunkin'.

had one cashier here a little while ago who was so very rude to my husband and i. I am not a fan of being treated like i am less than by anyone. On top of all of this they got our order wrong. never going back.Parking: Such a tiny parking lot. You are better off going to mcdonalds.

I ordered a extra large coffee with 2 Expresso shots and they changed me 9.00 I have bought coffee the same way on the long island and it was on 5 dollar's and some change made the same way. So never again will you get my business. O and to boot they argued with me about the

This is a great drive-through Dunkin' donuts. The staff are really sweet and polite and friendly. Food is always perfect.Inside it is clean and well kept.

I ordered a Vanilla Chi Latte, and snacking bacon. The bacon was cold and under cooked. The Chi Latta had Mocha in it. Not what I asked for. Service was okay. A bit slow for so many people working and the lobby only having 2 people in it.

I will NEVER go to this Dunkin EVER again. I asked for a suggestion with a sweet foam cold brew and Michelle was EXTREMELY rude and said she doesn’t know look at the menu.. fine, I just randomly ordered something after I felt pressured to order being I wasSkimming the menu forever, then I askfor ice (to store my daughters formula) she said she had to charge me… fine, I say no problem… then my screaming 2 year old son wanted hash browns. I ask Michelle to add them on.. she rolled her eyes at me and said she can’t order them, she said I would have to drive back around in a circle and wait again in the huge line to order them. I tell her I have my newborn and toddler in the car and asked if she could order them for me so I didn’t have to take them out in the cold and she said no. Shame on you Michelle!!
