Stopped in for lunch before a hike at Shawangunk Ridge. We sat outside on a beautiful day, but I saw how lovely the inside was when I went to the restroom! The architecture of the restaurant is charming and the decor is warm and elegant. We had the guacamole, a Caesar salad with shrimp, and the tostadas with shrimp. It’s easy to eat gluten free here, and everything was fresh and delicious. I also appreciated that you can request the spice level that works for you with the guacamole—we had it super mild.
Our server was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend- we will be back!

I have never seen a waiter ask for more tip!! This was totally ridiculous,, our food bill was for around 250 dollars , when we asked for the check the total was 301 including a suggested 51 dollar tip…. We figured leaving 50 dollars even would be more than fair (a dollar short from the 51 suggested tip) as we were walking out , one of the female waiters stopped someone in our group to ask for the extra dollar! That was totally unnecessary, our group was only a group of 4 so its not like they served a big party of people… food was ok but greedy staff makes customers not want to return

As a Texan, I’m always abit suspect of Tex-Mex/ Mexican food so far north, but Gabys exceeded expectations… excellent quesadilla, well seasoned and moist chicken, really good red & green salsas… good flavor and mild heat. Very good margarita!
