Food served very sloppy. Manager horrible. Yells at customers. Very bad attitude. Not a nice experience. Took food back 2x for still being wrong. Manager was nasty about it. I believe her name is Sandy. After reading reviews on other sites, I see lots of others have same opinion. Corporate does NOTHING about her. Will never go there again.
No breakfast menu for seniors....can't afford. If I'm going to spend $10 - 12 on lunch it might as well be someplace good.

The female supervisor is a horrible nasty person who degrades employees in front of customers.. this female supervisor should never work with the public ..she is definitely a miserable woman..employees working so hard without Air conditioning, I was a customer on July 21, 2023 on or about 4 pm , the sweat was pouring off me just just to sit and eat and heard that horrible woman who claimed to be the supervisor..ellenville NY McDonald's should be ashamed to hire such a miserable woman..

Is there a no star vote? In the past few years of going there for ...since I remember., 35 years...i have never seen a worse McDonald's. It's never correct!!! Never!! Check before you leave because you'll be bringing it back.. in the drive through, you could order only a hamburger and they make you pull into 1 of 4 designated spots. ....if I didn't have kids I wouldn't deal with it. Not to mention they change the menu every week .. the 2 for 5 ..how could they not be losing money on that deal.. Unfortunately..theres no Burger King..i wouldn't even write this, but i picked up for my kids..i should have looked. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me 100 times, shame on you..? Craziness
