Went in and was treated with disrespect from the beginning. A lady walked up to our table and dropped my fork and just gave it back to me. When I got my food I asked for a new one and it took her so long my food got cold. I also found a hair in my food. Dirty bathroom and horrible service. If I could it would be 0/5 stars.

0/10!!!! I could never support a small business owner that sells fraudulent items on the side. It puts a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid this owner and his restaurant. Supporting small business has always been important to me but not when respect is not reciprocated.
I saw a review indicating that the owner performed quite an impressive guitar solo for his patrons. I wonder if it’s the same guitar he designed with fraudulent parts that he sold to my in-laws. It was a gift for my husbands 30th birthday. After a phone call to Schecter, they indicated that this was a guitar created with false parts and pawned off to be an original. The owner refuses to issue a refund or respond to our messages. Sounds oddly similar to reviews regarding his food. Clearly he is not the “customer’s always right type.”

Highly recommend the empanadas with buffalo chicken and mac and cheese and the brisket and mac and cheese empanada. Very crispy, not overly saturated with grease, cooked perfectly. Also great friendly staff and the to-go containers were very organized and carefully packed

Honestly loved this place the bbq itself was so delicious and the amount of food they gave was such a nice surprise. They still took our orders despite being super busy w a kid’s birthday party and the owner himself was rly cool and made sure we were well taken care of. Never been to this side of the gunks but I’m def coming back to get bbq here again & support this small business it’s exactly what we needed after a long hike!!! Shout out Mo & Bob you guys are great

Food ? Ridiculously tasty, flavorful, and Smokey. I’m talkin slow cooked to perfection. Staff? Friendly , helpful , and truly happy to serve Atmosphere? Homemade … that’s the best way I can put it. The decor has a very personal touch and makes the place feel homey and family owned.
Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Mo, he has had an incredibly interesting life and you can tell that this restaurant was started from pleasure not from the need to make money. You can taste it too.
Highly recommend to anyone in the Ellenville area .
I would stay far away from this place, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Yesterday I was parked in front of the restaurant. One of the workers and a patron came outside the store and became aggressive with me. They began hitting my car with weapons and were trying to break my car windows. They have very shady characters hanging out there. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PLACE STAY AWAY!!!
