There is amazing food and great service. Despite there was one man running it he got the food out in less than twenty minutes for a family of 5. I highly recommend and hope the business runs on for years to come

Isn't this the restaurant that makes funny posts about a man's death...and specifically used the word "retarded"? Oh yes it is this restaurant, that's how I got here by following the profile that made that comment. I hope this place goes out of business for your disgusting mockery of the dead. Maybe have a little class next time.
We love this place!

The food is okay, but the portions are way too small for the price you will pay. The service is invisible. While I like to have the waitstaff away from my table most of the time, I want to be able to find them. I, literally, had to wander the back of the restaraunt looking for someone to give us a bill. I finally found just one person watching TV. The atmosphere is weird for a restaraunt. It feels more like a bar connected to a family home. This is the third time I've gone, and it is worse now than before. The first two times, I thought they were remodeling, but, apparently, this is the look they're keeping. The prices are higher than before, the portions are smaller, they do not carry the traditional favorites, the atmosphere is unfriendly, and the staff disappear as soon as they leave your food on the table. It feels like I am intruding on a family who would rather not be running a restaraunt, and it is an uncomfortable experience. I wanted to love this place because I love Korean food. I definitely gave it a fair chance, but I won't be going back.
You won't regret it. Delicious food, kind workers, and vibes unique. Just go and try this place out.
Since original owner died, everything seems diffrent, not clean inside, server is also cooking, so if u need something good luck! Have to get in restaurant threw another business door next door smdh.I literally froze inside, was warmer outside then in! no heat on, and usually I would say something but my husband was like let's just hurry and get out of here. My neighbors at next table got soup scorching hot that they actually had to pour their whole large glass of water in it, just to make it edible. My husband's soup, yet was not even Luke warm! Emanuels actually makes better sushi, and that sucks that people have restaurants,no greetings, no smile or welcome you, need gloves to eat w because it is freezing inside and charge top dollar for all that hot mess!! Owners need to be professional and not take things for granted and work on themselves so people have a nice experience because it really sucked!!
Wonderful - my wife and I have lived here for a few years now and thought this place was closed, unfortunately it looks closed and abandoned from the outside. But DO NOT judge this book by its cover!
The inside is clean, the owners are welcoming, and the food is EXCELLENT. We have ordered a few different menu items from both menus (attached, different days mean different menu items) and haven't been disappointed once.
It is now a nice treat for us to order sushi and other dishes from Sook House when we don't feel like cooking, and we are thrilled to be able to support a local business. Try it if you haven't, you won't regret it! 🍣
The best food hands down. Not one item on the menu is bad.

We have been here many times and the sushi has always been good. I had the dynamite roll the other night as well as the spicy tuna roll and they were both excellent. We will be back again many times.

We were visiting from Miami and the food surprised us. Sushi is fresh and good. The owners cook and will be your servers too. I recommend this place.

Great food, great service, good options for vegetarians, not all of the vegetarian dishes were labeled as vegetarian, but the waiter was very helpful in identifying other options.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan, gluten free and non allergenic options.
Parking: Free parking behind the building, plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: A mysterious vending machine in the billiard room, not a huge wait for food.

Definitely the best place to eat in the area. Food and service is always very good and always consistent.I have never had something I didn't like here. I always go on Wednesdays for the dynamite roll because it's the special roll of the day. Each day of the week they do a special on a different type of roll. The teas are fresh brewed and not too sweet, just perfect everytime. The place is always clean. The employees are personable and always take good care of their customers.
