we showed up at 935pm and they said they closed at 930pm so they refused our service. google says they close at 10pm. we came back the next day at 9pm and they refused our service again saying they were closed.

Unfortunately, I stopped at this particular Subway for a young man with special needs that I work with. While placing his order, my friend addressed me with his normal enthusiasm. The two employees immediately looked at each other and laughed considerably for the entire period of our transaction, seeking implicitly to avoid eye contact with us. It may be that they were responding to a separate issue as they had headphone communication with a third party, but the inattention to us and blatant disregard for their clientele is consistent, as I have stopped there with my friend on a previous occasion. We will not be going back.

Sandwiches had no meat on them, they were mostly bread and went crazy with mayonnaise It was very poor service and I wouldn’t waste my money on it

I love subway..but this one first said they didn't have any bread but plain( I like the garlic n herb) ..2 he heated up our sandwiches but they were still cold...he gave us the foot long pretzel and 3/4 of it was rock hard and inedible...n I'm sorry sweet Dijon or honey mustard not rly good for the pretzel.....this place made my family so un happy cuz of these things..

We were looking for a quick lunch so Subway is our go-to. Skeptical about this location partnering with a gas station. As it turns out, the store was clean, the service was friendly and quick, the 12" turkey sub we shared was delish.
Parking: The parking lot is shared with the convenience store but since the service is quick on both sides the parking was ample.

The sandwiches I order had enough cheese to choke a cow and enough sauce to give the cow a bath! Barely ANY spinach on my sandwich! I've never eaten here before and I'm honestly appalled by the quality of the food they serve. Good thing one out 3 of the sandwiches weren't hard to choke down.

I was just walking in and I was like, you know a sub sounds great. I went in and tried to use my gift card. But instead a guy payed for my order!! How sweet and I’ll surely be returning since there’s so many nice people there. I got the 12 inch sub with wheat bread, meat, shredded cheese and onions as well. I also got a Dr.Pepper and some Lays baked barbecue chips and a chocolate chip cookie. Wow, the world has a lot to remember!!

I called from my job which is inside a correctional facility, we do not have access to cellphones to place orders through the mobile app. I called this Subway and asked to place an order when I started to tell the man what i needed I was rudely cut off and told "mobile app" and was hanged up on. I called back trying to explain the situation and again mid sentence hanged up on. Called back to a pick up hang up no greeting. With this said a lot of lunch orders in this town are placed from these nearby correctional facilities there are 3 within the 15 min location. Are business was taken to the Subway in Liberty NY where the salesperson was without hesitation glad to do a phone order. Our business will never be placed to this location again and this includes the gas service part as well, I would rather pay an extra 2 to 3 cents a gallon more than be belittled and disrespected.

I ordered a footling from the new Subway that opened in Ellenville. I ordered a sub I have had many times before from different locations. The sun cake full as one would expect. But when I opened and started to eat I noticed the sun was full of greens and toppings. Had 90% of piping’s to 10% chicken. Even tho we all know subway do not packed their subs with meat I know the sun I ordered and I know it comes with more meat then was in it. If I wished to order a salad sandwich I would have. I’ll never digest this location as well I’ll never purchase from this subway. And I’m even debating not ever being a customize at the gas station it is partnered with. Great way to lose customers!

Employees are awesome ? Marc is extremely nice he even made sure to change gloves during each sandwich making and he even pack our subs separately since my wife is vegetarian and he respect that ? I've gone to different subways and they never do what this awesome employee did thats why ill be coming back always now
