I have not been here in quite some time, so much so that the name changed. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, the service was incredible, and the views were spectacular. As far as the food goes the pizza was good, but I found it extremely odd that they put it on a plate that it doesn’t fit on, so the pizza is hanging off the edges. The Buffalo mac & cheese had potential they use a smoked pulled chicken, but ours was extremely fatty with all the skin left on it and it was not edible. For this dish, I would highly recommend they change it to the crispy tenders in Buffalo sauce instead, it would make a world of difference. I would likely come back and try something new and would recommend it to others

29 of us met for a family reunion and dinner at Edna’s. Cameron the chef prepared 29 different meals and Dani served us with food and drinks. Everyone was impressed with the food and the resort accommodations Beautiful area and ski resort

Ordered the Ahi Tuna salad and Prosciutto and Pear pizza at the Cabana bar. Amy is the best and service was excellent but the food was very disappointing. The portions were significantly reduced from MANY previous visits to the restaurant. The pizza was MUCH smaller and the salad had just three small and thin slices of tuna over basic lettuce with some cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot slices. It was pathetic for the price. The live music was great.

We have been visiting Holiday Valley for roughly 12 years and have never recieved such deplorable service as we did on our last visit to Ednas. Our experience with Miranda and cohort is vastly different than those depicted by the questionable accolades in the accompanying reviews.
The deameaner we received was rude, inapropriate and sarcastic to say the least.
Having not visited for a bit due to covid we looked at the reviews and were shocked by the negativity we saw. Our previous visits to John Havards were always enjoyable so we decided to give it a chance.
All I can say is the negative reviews citing server rudeness etc. are not wrong. In our experiance there are two servers (bad apples) spoiling it for the rest.
We left mid meal and went to the Brewhouse where we had a nice meal and felt appreciated. As we were exiting Ednas the hostess asked for our contact info as she felt a manager would want talk to us. We did not hear from anyone.
Holiday Valley the people writing these reviews are trying to tell you something and have been for quite a while.

Great lunch at Edna's. Manager Carlos was on top of his game and our server Christopher knowledgable about menu and friendly. We loved the prosciutto/pear pizza. We will be back.

My daughter took me here recently for dinner for my birthday. I had a wonderfull experience. From the complimentary mini hot cocoa to the excellent server. The manager/owner introduced himself. The meals were so tasty. And we received complimentary desserts. Their menu was great and prices reasonable.

My boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo and the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, it was still pink. When we showed it to the server she was surprised. We ended up eating dinner at different times since they had to remake his food. They didn’t offer to comp a drink or dessert or anything. Typically restaurants try to make it right. They didn’t do anything at all, except give us a couple extra andees candies.

Our server was very nice and took care of us. It wasn’t her fault.

Great place to stop in after skiing. Friendly staff, great food.

We have owned at Tamarack for 15 years. We still love going to the new Edna’s as much as the former John Harvards. The service is always excellent and the food always fantastic even as the menu evolves and they try new offerings for us. Would highly recommend Edna’s and always take our friend there when at our condo at the Tamarack.
