I came in on a Saturday after the lunch rush hoping to enjoy lunch outside. There were many empty tables outside but all of them had dirty dishes on them and the counter inside had spills on it. There were only a few customers inside and the three staff members, working the front of the house, were moving slowly and chatting with each other instead of cleaning up. Work up an appetite with a nice stroll thru Ellicottville's quaint downtown shopping area, then visit Katy's Cafe. The waitstaff was a delight. The menu provides a variety of choices, but we especially enjoyed trying a wrap & pannini with some creative ingredients. Note: make sure you're good & hungry. Portions are plentiful! We'll stop in again, on our travels!
