What a hidden gem. The pizza is phenomenal and the large would feed a family of 4. We should have got the small for 2. Toppings were very generous and the young woman that served me was oh so polite and well mannered. It was awesome.. highly recommend.

Had this on NYE 2023-24 weekend and now we cannot live without it so we literally drive all the way from Western Ohio for this pizza. Best NY crust ever. Love it!!!!

I use to really like Tim and Bonnie’s in Ellicottville but the past 3 times I’ve gotten there chicken fingers they are burnt. I am not spending 60$ to get burnt food. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT order from here no

I use to really like Tim and Bonnie's but I'm done.this is 3rd time I've ordered chicken fingers and they are completely burnt I pretty much spent 60$ to eat charcoal. absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. can't believe they actually put them in a box and sold them. what makes me more mad is I ordered them so my kids can eat before I got home from a long day of work.

Horrible experience! Food was cold, wrong and took for ever to get. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are from out of town. Seems like they put people they know before others. Lady was snotty when I took tacos back up because they forgot cheese, when all that was supposed to be on the damn thing was meat and cheese.

We ordered a large pizza for delivery to the hotel we were staying at, it was delicious! Enough food to feed a very hungry family of 3.We will be repeat customers.

Well, definitely not the best pizza l've ever had, but bad pizza is better than no pizza. The pizza was very messy and had a lot of flop. One of the reasons for the flop and messiness was the extreme amount of cheese. This also caused the pizza to seem undercooked. The crust was solid, and the sauce was decent. But the pizza in general lacked flavor... we made the comparison to a frozen or school pizza. The service however, was fantastic!

We ordered several pizzas for delivery. The pizzas arrived hot and 10 minutes early! Wonderful service and the pizzas were delicious! I highly recommend! 1/2024

As a pizza aficionado, I always jump at the chance to try a new spot. So, when I heard about Tim & Bonnie's Pizza in Ellicottville, I thought, "Why not?" After all, I'm a firm believer in the old saying, "Even bad pizza is like bad sex - it's still okay." But let's just say, at Tim & Bonnie's, it was a test of that theory.Walking in, I was greeted with the usual pizzeria aroma – a blend of melted cheese, tomato sauce, and a hint of oregano. The place had a casual vibe, with a few locals chatting over slices. I ordered the usual – a large pepperoni – and found a seat. Now, about the pizza. It was, to put it kindly, so-so. And in the world of pizza, "so-so" is practically a cardinal sin. I mean, we're talking about a dish where even the most mediocre slice usually has something redeemable about it. But this was a challenge to even that low bar. The cheese and sauce were just alright – nothing to write home about. The crust? Let's just say it wouldn't be winning any awards. It was a classic case of reality not meeting expectations. As I nibbled on the lackluster slices, I couldn't help but remember those glowing reviews I'd seen online. Was I missing something? Did I just come on an off day? Or maybe, this was a classic case of pizza hype outstripping pizza reality.Despite the pizza being a bit of a letdown, I couldn't help but chuckle. There's something inherently funny about being so excited for pizza and then being met with... well, mediocrity. It's like gearing up for a rollercoaster and then realizing it's more of a leisurely train ride through the countryside. In the end, I left Tim & Bonnie's with a full belly but a slightly disappointed heart. It's a reminder that sometimes, in the world of pizza and life, you've got to roll with the punches – or in this case, the slices. And hey, at least it wasn't terrible. After all, like they say, even bad pizza is still okay. But at Tim & Bonnie's, it's a reminder that okay can sometimes feel like a culinary misadventure.

Chicken was smelling great but turned out to be NOT tasty - and the Ranch I asked for to dip was some off brand that was not tasty. So disappointed that five piece of chicken fingers were so bad that not even the really good fries made the meal almost worth the $23 I paid. The chicken actually tasted off. Just not worthwhile.
