Unfortunately I love Tim Hortons and this exact location every time my family and I stay in town. However Brendan the general manager was fighting his own demons today. He was extremely rude and cut myself and my family off multiple times while trying to order through drive thru. He even caught an attitude with us at the end as if we were doing something wrong? Extremely unprofessional especially when the store wasn’t even swamped with people! Time to just take my business to Elliocttville Coffee Co.

Doesn't usually seem to be busy when I go there. There's not much going on here. Just your average Tim Hortons. Not bad, though. Coffee was good. Staff was polite.

So I went through the drive-through… The gentleman at the window had no hairnet or visor/hat. He was wearing last year‘s 60th anniversary shirt. I asked him about these things and he said he was a manager, and he did not have to wear a hairnet ever or a hat or anything like that because he was the manager! He said he could wear the shirts till May, which whatever… but I can’t believe that that he’s saying his hair will never fall into food and or or it is absolutely no problem that he just walk around with no hair net and it’s totally fine?! I’m just not good with that he’s got my food in his hand. Oh well just wanted to vent. Apparently, in Ellicottville It’s aloud?. I guess managers can do whatever they want with the health department or whatever because their managers? But I know where I work the manager has to wear hair nets and or a hat or whatever and they have to wear gloves and do all these things because that’s the way it is when you are working with food….Just saying The food was good but just wasn’t happy about that one thing. Ellicottville is beautiful of course.

Tim Hortons is a fantastic spot to grab a quick coffee and some delicious treats. Their wide selection of cream-filled donuts and Tim Bits always satisfies any sweet cravings. I especially enjoy their seasonal offerings, which bring unique and delightful coffee drinks and donuts into the mix.

Their muffins stand out as some of the best I've ever had, perfectly moist and flavorful. The coffee is consistently excellent—rich, smooth, and enjoyable every single time.

The service is another highlight. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring you're served quickly even during busy times. Whether you're in a rush or looking for a place to relax, Tim Hortons is a reliable and welcoming stop. Highly recommended!

Don't go inside. I waited 12 minutes behind one other person to get 1 large tea. After I finally got to the counter she says she has to make another pot. Forcing me to get a coffee instead. I figured stopping 10 minutes before work woukd be plenty of time to get a tea. Boy was I wrong. And ended up being late to work. After investing that much time into a tea I couldn't just leave. Meanwhile the drive through cleared out twice. Why is the drive through that much more important?
