Walked in with a single cup of coffee, and asked, nicely for him to throw away. WeHe said go out back and toss it in the dumpster. We usually spend 100-200 dollars. And we were in there about once a month. Well never again. Unforgiveable treatment. And we both have canes.

We were driving past this small town. Everything looked so cute, so we decided to stop for ice cream and some chocolate. The ice cream was delicious—we had chocolate and peanut butter. We also had a few pieces of chocolate, which were good as well. The price was reasonable: two ice creams and a few pieces of chocolate for $13. Their staff are friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to stop by.

Absolutely adorable old-fashioned chocolate shop. The decoration makes it feel like you stepped back in time. They have a huge selection of chocolates, even sugar-free ones. They have wonderful Buffalo themed gifts like chocolate in Buffalo cookie cutters or chocolate chicken wings. They do have some candy and sell Perry's ice cream. They also offer malted milkshakes.

We were visiting ellicotville and stopped in for ice cream since it was highly rated. The ice cream was tasty and fresh; Perry’s brand. The woman working the counter was so rude. My 3 year old wanted a vanilla ice cream cone with a cherry on top and she refused to put a cherry on it. So I asked if I could buy a cherry on the side and she got angry about it! Over one cherry?? Thankfully she gave in and charged me for the dang cherry. She gave me one singular cherry in a bowl and I had to set it on the ice cream cone myself. Such a bizarre way to act over something so minor. Then I had ordered two more items and after making one, she walked away from the counter. I was left standing there waiting and rather than ask me if I was waiting for something else, she yelled at the other person working “did she order more?” And he has to tell her what else I got. She simply could’ve asked me instead of pretending I was not standing there. Overall the customer service was just atrocious and we won’t be visiting again.

The employees are sweet, the store is clean and the chocolate is fantastic.However, I bought a personalized valentines chocolate for someone else and regrettably didn’t check the box before we drove an hour back home. Let the picture speak for itself. We laughed, we don’t need to return it, but maybe have the employees practice lettering.

The sponge candy is FABULOUS! My uncle loves it and I send him a box of dark chocolate sponge each February for his birthday. He just sent me a very happy text. Says the chocolate coating is the best he has ever had (and he eats some very fine chocolate). He eats the chocolate off first and then the sponge center. LOL!
My husband and I also love your dark sponge candy. We are blessed to have Watson’s in Kenmore! And a big thank you to the shipping staff as I made an error in the shipping order and they were super nice and helpful!
