These sweet treats are delicious! Specifically, the churros and cinnamon buns. The strong cinnamon aroma filled my house. I just got them delivered to my house last night and they were still warm.

Came here at 7 pm, a lady told me that they are not making more shakes, and this place closes at 9pm, I couldn’t understand the reason why. On top of that the ice machine wasn’t working at the moment, so they didn’t have ice cream. The churros were a little bit hard, it’s usually want and a little bit soft. Today was not the case. Love the vanilla soft ice cream, I usually come here just to get the ice cream… They were already cleaning the place at 7 pm. Date: June 28

Today I needed Cinnabon to make my son a cake for his bday, I didn’t know how many I needed or what sizes should I use ( I wish Cinnabon sold cakes ) well Melissa was AMAZING !! She helped me out with all my questions and concerns , she even provided me with freshly made buns and told me exactly what time to come back for them . She assisted me with helping me turn them into a cake with my cake stand . I couldn’t have gotten a better staff member .. she went above and beyond and made my sons birthday so very special with his favorite desert !!! I wanted to make sure her services she provided today was known to everyone who wants to do the same and make any occasion special like she did for me !!

I ordered my son some minis. They were very hard like they were sitting there for a while. Thankfully the young lady very nice offered to replace them with a fresh batch. Very nice. I give service 5 stars I would only say maybe they should evaluate length of time the food is sitting for.Thank you Angelis

One day I ordered 2 (and it was pretty expensive for me) nothing showed up in the bag, of course the buns were there, but no icing. ?. I went back a few days later, showed the receipt to the “manger” and just gave me the generic sympathy saying and “ 1 free icing”. I bought 2 and got 1 and for their incompetence wasted time and frustration. ( I think I should go back to baking ☹️) please don’t be like me and check your bags, for the buns, you probably won’t get a refund _ disappointed ?

I witnessed at the queens center mall location an employees young child 2 or 3 yr in the baking & perp area nose picking I don’t know who owns this location but you need to correct this issue. Dec 22, 2022 around 3pm. I advised the cashier of what I witnessed and she was silent. Health hazard as well as accidental hazard.

Terrible place they had a sign that stated the Cinnabon’s were 6Ct for 15$ on Tuesday and the employees stated they don’t do that no more yet they have a big sign saying so. Super unprofessional if you don’t have it why is there a sign still up! I’m extremely upset with there false advertising!!Every time there is a sale they say the same thing over and over. Definitely don’t recommend coming here

Started eating the cinnamon roll I bought here ONLY TO FIND A STAPLE INSIDE... I purchased it from the Cinnabon kiosk on the 3rd floor (right in front of Hot Topic)... VERY unsafe!!
