I always order a keema palata because it’s been my favorite dish since visiting the Burmese Bites stall at Queens Night Market in Corona. The way it’s made is fascinating to see. The dough is spread out very thinly and placed on a cooking surface where it is then topped with a minced chicken filling. Burmese Bites was a food cart in Long Island City that I had first heard about a couple years ago. I recently heard they had opened a stall in the Queens Center Mall food court, which was my chance to finally give them a try. This was actually my second time ever eating at a Burmese place. Really good food. The flavours might be a bit strong for some people but its delicious. Faluda was delicious too. I wish I could have tried shaved ice tho. They were out when I went there.
